Big Bag Filling Station is used for filling granules to big bags. Flakes are transported from Pelletizer to Big Bag Filling Station’s input cyclone by blower. Pneumatic diverter after the cyclone is used for directing the flakes to the desired Big Bag. System is made of carbon steel. Big Bag hangers are equipped with pneumatic shakers. Pneumatic shakers are used for shaking the big bags during filling to ensure perfect packaging. Filled big bag must be removed manually. Operator platform and ladders are included.
