Buffer Silo is used for buffering the plastics coming from the existing dewatering system and feeding the Granulating Line automatically. Cyclone with dust collector is included. Silo is made of carbon steel. 5 pieces horizontal screw inside silo for transferring plastics. Ø300 mm diameter for each screw. Each screw is powered by individual motor. 2 pieces of inverters are used for speed adjustment of screw motors. Output screw motor, variable speed by inverter. Level sensors in silo sends signal to existing dewatering system for starting and stopping operation. Agitator is positioned vertically inside the silo to prevent bridging of material. Central greasing system for greasing all housings from a single point. Manholes on silo are equipped with security switches according to CE regulations. There are platform and ladder for cleaning and maintenance issues.
